Dr. Bob Jones

DO, FACEP, FAIUM
Dr. Jones is an emergency physician with over 30 years of point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) experience.

He's a Professor of Emergency Medicine at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) and MetroHealth Medical Center, having founded multiple EM residency POCUS programs and a clinical ultrasound fellowship.

A former ACEP Ultrasound Section Chair, Dr. Jones has authored numerous publications and lectured extensively worldwide.

He currently serves as the system-wide POCUS co-chair at the MetroHealth System and directs the living anatomy/ultrasound program for pre-clerkship students at CWRU’s School of Medicine.

Dr. Cristin Mount

MD, MACP, FCCM
Dr. Mount is a POCUS-fellowship trained academic intensivist in Tacoma, WA, and an Associate Professor of Medicine at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences.

She developed extensive curriculum expertise as core clinical faculty and Clinical Education Director for Madigan Army Medical Center’s Internal Medicine Residency Program.

After retiring from the U.S. Army in 2023, she became a member of the Society of Critical Care Medicine’s Ultrasound Course Committee and serves on faculty for their Adult Ultrasound Course.

She has a special interest in POCUS applications in resource-limited and austere environments.

Dr. Rob Blankenship

MD, FACEP, ACC
Dr. Robert Blankenship is a nationally and internationally recognized expert in point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS), with over 25 years of experience advancing its application in clinical practice.

He serves as Residency Director at Anderson Mercy Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio and co-founded of EMsono and ECGWeekly—platforms dedicated to medical education and clinical excellence.

Dr. Blankenship is also a certified executive coach specializing in behavioral change and team leadership.

Through his coaching and entrepreneurial ventures, he continues to advance POCUS and drive innovation in both medicine and leadership.
