As a Professor at Case Western Reserve University and MetroHealth Medical Center, he’s not just teaching—he’s built multiple POCUS programs for emergency medicine residencies and a clinical ultrasound fellowship from the ground up.
He’s also served as the ACEP Ultrasound Section Chair and has shared his knowledge globally, authoring numerous publications and lecturing worldwide.
Today, he’s the system-wide POCUS co-chair at MetroHealth and leads the living anatomy/ultrasound program for pre-clerkship students at CWRU’s School of Medicine.
With his hands-on experience and dedication to teaching, Dr. Jones brings a vibrant, real-world approach to every course he leads.

He also co-founded EMsono and ECGWeekly, online training platforms that are revolutionizing medical education and clinical practice. But his expertise doesn’t stop there—he’s also a certified executive coach, helping teams embrace behavioral change and lead with impact.
